个人介绍

杨晓,2013年博士毕业于新加坡国立大学生物医学工程系,生物力学专业,加入张兴栋院士课题组。至今主持和参与了国家级项目等8项,发表论文26篇,参编外文专著2部。主要工作内容有:(1)参与本团队“人体硬组织生物活性材料与宿主的相互作用”基金重大项目,研究并证实钠钾泵在磷酸钙陶瓷骨诱导过程中的作用(青年基金,主持);(2)系统开展了以防治骨质疏松为目标的不同剂型的陶瓷骨修复材料研究(面上项目及四川省科技计划项目,主持),近五年内以第一或通讯作者在《Biomaterials》《Nanoscale》等国际著名生物材料期刊上发表骨质疏松防治相关论文9篇,获中国韩国生物材料学会联合颁发的第一届青年科学家奖;(3)作为子课题负责人承担国家“十三五”项目,研究了钙磷纳米粒子对肿瘤细胞的选择性凋亡作用,参与生物材料基因组数据库的开发和建设,与华西骨科和本团队共同研发出肿瘤术后骨再生修复材料,相关成果于2019年在science子刊《Science Advances》上发表(并列通讯作者),入选中国科协青年人才托举工程。

协助指导5名硕士研究生,2名博士研究生。其中4人于中国生物材料大会获口头报告奖;2人于世界生物材料大会、世界陶瓷大会口头报告;1人蓝光集团一等奖学金;1人光华奖学金。

研究方向

1.生物力学,纳米力学,粘弹性;显微CT影像及建模。

2.骨质疏松/骨肿瘤细胞、动物模型及治疗方案的生物学评价;

3.材料与细胞互作信号通路,材料的组织诱导机理。
