1.个人简介

据预测,未来5-10年全球介入人工心脏瓣膜的市场容量将超过冠脉血管支架市场容量。但是,介入人工心脏瓣膜产品高端核心技术及市场基本被国外Edward、Medtronic、Boston Scientific等海外企业主导。雷洋副研究员研究领域主要涉及介入人工心脏瓣膜材料的基础研究以及应用研究,包括生物瓣膜新型交联制备、可预装干燥生物瓣膜、基因编辑猪心包膜新型瓣膜、合成高分子瓣膜等研究。在美国克莱姆森大学博士期间,主要研究纳米载药逆转钙化,在美国哈佛大学医学院博士后期间主要研究心血管钙化细胞疗法。近2年以第一作者或通讯作者在Acta Biomaterialia, Journal of Materials Chemistry B, Macromolecular Bioscience等杂志发表相关SCI论文12篇,申报人工心脏瓣膜相关发明专利20项,相关成果在Nature主刊官网进行了报道(2019年567卷7748期)。2017年入选中国科协青年人才托举工程,2018年入选成都市“蓉漂计划”青年创新人才(成都市特聘专家)。2019年入选四川大学“校百人”计划。作为负责人主持了2项国家级和1项省部级瓣膜相关研究项目,获批科研经费超过500万元,包括“十三五”重点研发计划“新型预装式介入心脏瓣膜系统的研制与开发”(393万元),国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“弹性蛋白及糖胺聚糖稳定交联处理提高生物心脏瓣膜抗钙化性能研究”(24万元)。
