专注于研究高灵敏度磁共振纳米粒/高分子复合材料的生物安全性评价和临床转化应用。致力于纳米材料调控细胞自噬的生物安全性评价及应用,研究磁性纳米材料诱导免疫细胞的自噬作用及其机制,并利用自噬相关疾病模型探讨纳米材料进行疾病治疗的可能性,促进基础研究向临床应用的转化。在Biomaterials, Cancer Research, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Molecular Cancer Therapeutics等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇,总引用次数为500多次。申请中国专利3项(授权2项)。参与1部生物材料专著的编写。主持并参与多个省部级及国家级科研项目,具有丰富的项目申报和执行经验。
